Oh man, exactly what you want from the oldest youngsters on earth.  Some sort of crappy public access episodes with dolls vomiting on records for reviews intercut with early Spits playing in a room, newer live gigs & "music videos" that are awesome.  Todd Razor once told me that punk rock isnt hip anymore so only good bands call themselves punk now.  Spits are that.  They were the kids that got beat up but still kept starting the fights.  Total genius.  -Speedway Randy, Razorcake
